This policy does not apply to the Protected Health Information (PHI) processed by the NoteArc desktop application. The NoteArc electronic health record (EHR) software utilizes a local-first, relay-only architecture where all clinical data and PHI remain encrypted on the treating therapist's local device. The handling of PHI within the NoteArc application is entirely separate, independent, and isolated from this website, and is strictly governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA), a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. No clinical health information is requested or stored on this website platform.
The company limits data collection to information that is adequate, relevant, and reasonably necessary to process waitlist requests and optimize the website user experience. The platform collects the following specific categories of data:
